Mr. Zonkie, I am replying at length to you because I believe you are the bane of the SI experience. You drop in on a thread where you have no stock, bash a little, and cause people such as myself to waste valuable time responding to you. When I first started reading your replies, I thought, "Hey, this guy thinks the company is going to succeed!" But as I read further, it became apparent that when you say the "business plan is working," you mean something totally different from what the rest of the world thinks that phrase means. So you actually do not think the company is going to make money, but you never said why. You use common phrases to mean other than what their accepted meanings are, sir. You referred to the "people in power getting rich." That is really an irrelevant issue if we are trying to decide whether to invest in the company or not. Anybody who founds a successful company is likely to get rich. That point is irrelevant. Your outstanding share estimate made 2 months ago is more accurate than my casual prediction made 15 months ago. Now there's a real shocker! Of course you failed to mention the context of the post you linked. I was making a case for a reasonable stock price to be $3.20 in contrast to the double-digit stock price being touted by the IR guy. Not exactly hyping under those circumstances. You misrepresented the context of my 15-month old post. You say revenue will be less than 5% of whatever I projected. Considering over a period of time those projections have ranged from $80 million to $390 million, your statement is so vague as to be meaningless. Plus you never state why you believe revenues will be less than 5%. So your statement was vague and unsupported by facts, reasoning, or logic. So, Mr. Zonkie, in a narrow technical sense, you have not lied. You have however attempted to harm this company by confusing the meaning of phrases, by irrelevance, by quoting out of context, by vagueness, and by failing to present facts, reasoning, and logic. OTOH, it occurs to me that you may be performing at your maximum capabilities. Regards, Suzanne
