OT to Joel Yagoda Your call on "The Sixth Sense" was right on. Excellent movie. It instantly reminded me of "The Exorcist" -- it had the some of the same edginess, creepiness and mystery. I thought the real star of the film was the actress who plays the young boy's mother. Very convincing! Now, I'd like to return the favor. Although it has a limited distribution, make an effort to see the movie "The Red Violin". It has a wonderful storyline, is well acted and beautifully filmed, and (like the Sixth Sense) has an unusual twist at the end that explains events in the film that otherwise don't quite make sense, bringing the film to an unexpected conclusion.
