Usually I have an opinion as to what they will do. I have to admit to being on the fence on this one. The bias was shifted to neutral at the last meeting. Some of the economic numbers were above expectations since and some weren't. Given the dollar's recent downturn, they could make a case for raising to maintain the strong-dollar policy. I'm just going to have to play it by ear this time around. JL
