Technically ... ADFC looks interesting here... I noticed it last week on some scans.....appears to have leveled out at a short term bottom and offering some signals in 60 min.... The high volume on 8/17 appears to be a failed buy breakout though... which happened previously on 7/19...But this is hard to know .. short volume of 13% would be considered moderate, so there may be pressure there...given the situation... I'd wait for a positive trend in 60 Min MA or for a more conservative interest, wait for positive MA in the daily 20dMA
