ATPX is basically waiting to be bought out by somebody. The stock is weighted down by the old Equus shareholders who just want to cash out, but cant because of the low float. The best answer for ATPX has always been a secondary offering, but they haven't been able to get it together. They had a scheme all worked out with Fuhrman Selz, BUT Fuhrman Selz got bought out by IMG and IMG wasn't interested in composites. A reasonable price for ATPX would be in the low 20s but they would probably gladly settle for anything in the teens.

On the battery stocks, I've been hearing rumors that ERC is going to have big news. The FA there is not very good, but it's a low floater with a nice looking chart. What's your take on the TA on ERC?

Gee Bern....How did you know ATPX was going to sell for $14.50? You TA guys are unbelievable.

While we are on the topic...please let me know what company(ies) are going to be sold Tuesday morning for at least 30% more than their closing price today. I need to know before the market closes. Thanks ;0)!!
