STARNET COMMUNICATIONS: ONLINE GAMING COMPANY RAIDED BY POLICE

Starnet Communications International, Inc. (OTCBB:SNMM:$4.06). We got in this one Friday before the market closed. This is a VERY RISKY PLAY. However, we think there is an excellent chance the stock could soar, and if it happens it should happen VERY FAST. Friday morning the stock was trading around $13. SNMM is a successful and profitable online gambling operation. The company recently announced that it has applied for NASDAQ listing. Out of the hundreds of OTCBB stocks we have followed over the past two years, SNMM is the only one that we ever saw apply for a full NASDAQ listing. The only question now is, will NASDAQ accept them? Here is the story:

Starnet is a fully reporting US (Delaware) corporation, which is currently listed on the National Association of Security Dealers (``NASD') Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board and commenced trading in September of 1997 under the symbol ``SNMM'. Starnet is also listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange (``Berlin') and is publicly traded on Over-The-Counter market under the symbol ``SNM'.
The Wall Street Journal described Starnet as ``one of the established leaders in Internet gaming and entertainment.' IGWB Magazine described Starnet as ``the Home Shopping Network of Gambling.'

Starnet is a leading developer and producer of Internet technologies for gaming applications. For more information visit their website at snmm.com.

The BIG story on this one is the CRASH that happened Friday. The stock had been trading in the low teens when it was announced that Canadian police raided their facilities in an investigation of gambling law violations. The stock plunged down 9 points on volume of 10 million shares. The Company issued a release Friday stating that no arrests were made and that the company will defend itself vigorously. We are hoping the allegations prove false and that investors simply overreacted. If you get in this one proceed with caution. The Company could be delisted or the stock could plunge further. One thing is for sure, SNMM will be on a lot of investors' "radar screens" Monday morning. We look at SNMM this way: either we will make a lot of money or lose it all!!
