Has anyone actually gone short on Intel?

I see a lot of predictions (and certainly the recent price cuts look negative) but is anyone out there acting on these rumors?

Seems like the price cuts mean either
- Athlon introduction is causing slowdown in Intel's high-end sales
- corporate purchasers are no longer automatically buying the highest speed systems (I know my company is still buying PIII-500).

In either case it would be safer to invest for a drop in Intel's share price than assume the first situation and so invest for a gain in AMD's?
