Actually, if you accept all of the hypothetical rules, you do reach the desired conclusion. Just as you would, if you accepted the conditions E laid out, have to conclude that her hypothetical female was indeed, as she said, selfish. You can construct an artificial situation to force any choice, but it isn't always easy to convince people to to participate. Most will try to make the situation more realistic by opening up the rules, allowing more possible choices.
