Not that I have any idea of Marc Andreessens future plans, but i did meet him briefly in palo alto around 10:30 on thursday night, as i was leaving the golden wok chinese takeout.. he was with two friends, and i made some comment about the bud lite commercial id been seeing lately. So at the very least he is not in virginia at AOL headquarters. I cant imagine him wanting to stay at a lumbering beuracracy like AOL, especially when he has hundreds of millions in the bank.

James Morris, it does not serve any purpose to thumb your nose. Here in Silicon Valley we have termed Bill Gates as modern day Robin Hood. Al Gore, Bill Gates and Bill Cosby died and all three went to meet with God in heaven. God asked Al Gore, "So Al, before I make my decision, I want to know what your thoughts are." Al proceeded to tell God that he was very concerned that humankind was polluting the environment and not taking good care of His creation. God was impressed but not all that impressed. So he told Al Gore to come forward and sit to His left. He then asked Bill Cosby what he thought in general. Bill Cosby said that he was concerned about the violence and sex on TV as it was the root cause of the deterioration of one of God's wonderful creation: the family. God was very impressed with Bill Cosby and asked him to come forward and sit on His right. He then asked Bill Gates what he thought.
