Here's another one...sorry folks, just catching up on some reading :) Note the mention of checking your AOL email from GroupWise or is that vice-versa? Anyway, anything that mentions AOL and GroupWise makes some interesting food for thought!

Also at the BETA site it reports that GroupWise Agents can be run as NT services. Now the question that burns is can GroupWise run on NT natively?

Network World Fusion, 08/18/99

PROVO, UTAH - Novell this week has begun offering companies a chance to preview the latest enhancements to its GroupWise e-mail and collaboration software.

The GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack is now in open beta and can be downloaded from Novell's Web site. The new features include increased security and the ability to access multiple e-mail systems from the same client workstation. For instance, users can access AOL or GroupWise from their PCs.

Also, the Enhancement Pack lets users delete messages without opening them, perform actions on multiple messages and manipulate the GroupWise address book faster. GroupWise 5.5 can also be monitored by HTTP, allowing network managers access to system information from a Web browser.

Users can download the GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack beta by going to support.novell.com and clicking on Directory Enabled Applications.
