Is the run-up to the FOMC meeting, the set-up for a sell off, or the run for new high after the meeting?

Larry,

There's a guy over on the GPM thread, Hutch, who believes that we're set for another bull run.

Many of his reasons have to do with tracking M2/M3 and I think he may have some interesting theories.
