it will be interesting to see if idtc tests over 20 tomorrow, it has an excellent chance of gapping up based on recent deals with telefonica and net2dine, and the amount that ntop is worth in its holdings. combine it with the fact we know idtc is being heavily accumulated as the trading of mlco shows, and even on low volume days idtc has been rising since many people see idtc as a value play and are holding, and idtc seems to have been whispering in the analyst ears about the q.
