MSN seems to be taking a proactive/agressive approach in promoting their service. I have noticed over the weekend in many of the computer/office supply store ads that they (MSN) is offering instant credit up to $400 for signing up with their service. What caught my eye was offering a palm pilot III for $4.95 (after applying their instant credit). It seems that the gauntlet has been thrown down.
