intc keeps dropping it prices on its chips....don't you think it will hurt intc's ASPs. Naw, intc is supposed to have a great second half....everyone says so. But prices on the PIII are down by 40% just in the past 2 weeks. Well, maybe, ASPs will be affected a little. Actually I think ASPs will be hurting BIG TIME!! BTW do you think that they will have to discount the koppafeel, sorry I mean coppermine, when it finally comes out? news.com Guess what?!! More good news for the Athlon!! It seems that Tom's Hardware has the Athlon, THE FASTEST CHIP IN ALL THE LAND, clocking in at 700 and 750 MHz. Not only was it as stable "as a rock" but it did not need additional cooling.
