Seems a bit extreme to me too, given the circumstances. Lots of people post "too much" when something terrible (or wonderful) moves a stock like this.

Well, he can use the time to count the money he made from recognizing SNMM's shortcomings early on in the runup.

Does SI Bob realize how much Anthony has helped the average stupid naive trader like myself. If it was not for Anthony and his generous help on explaining the REAL trading world, I would still be sitting with my Datek account going from 15000 to 30000 and then back to 15000, maybe even worst. It was Anthony's thread that brought me to SI and he was answering PMs from me on my second day there. I cant beleive that SI would chance losing this asset but maybe SI is not interested in the diverse trading environment that it had when I first joined. Really does not matter, I dont go to SI anymore for trading advice or the real scoop on current price valuations or chances of success for a particular public company. I go to anthonypacific.com. Actually I dont know why I come to SI anymore at all, probably because I enjoy some of the banter that goes on back and forth. But I guess that will be gone also.

Actually, although I am opposed to almost everything for which A@P stands, I am sorry he got suspended. I also feel sorry for A@P himself.

It must be terribly depressing to always be looking for negatives, and although I feel we need watchdogs over many things in society, the added burden of doing it for profit can only lead to ones downfall.

Last night, I stated that the time for his ultimate demise (at least, in his current "job")would come. What I meant by that is this. Sooner or later, one of his contacts, sources, colleagues, or he, himself, will not go that extra mile to verify a "fact". Or, someone close to him with an even bigger ego will set him up, possibly just for the fun of it, but probably, for even greater profit. That's when those lurking behind him will pounce. No one can possibly be 100% vigilant, 100% of the time.

We all forget that no matter how smart we think we are, there's always someone out there who's smarter, maybe even a LOT smarter.

Anthony will fall. He will fall hard. The very things that make him good at what he does will get him. I only hope that it doesn't affect his family. That will be the thing I will regret most.

Anthony, please come back when you can. I've enjoyed our missives, and look forward to arguing with you again.
