Mike;
if the difference is really as pronounced as you imply (i presume that you may be exaggerating a bit in the example), it seems like a no-brainer that the world must switch to CDMA. It was my impression that all three technologies are capable, but CDMA really takes the cake with data transmission.

Mike,

>>Something's gone awry if we've been giving the impression that
customers are tied to the CDMA platform. Just the opposite, if
you've got CDMA capability in your phone you wouldn't want to
use the other platforms. <<

My son has recently been researching phones for his personal use and I directed him to Qualcomm. He was all set to buy until he was informed that there is a problem with email. I don't remember which direction it was, but he said basically you can either send/receive email, but not both....Do you know anything about this and would this be a potential problem for CDMA? Thanks.
