Charles, I may have missed the post you made on the other thread, because I didn't see my name on the opening line. It was only when I saw that you were talking about the house in CT. that I realized the post was to me.

I know it's hard to keep up a house when you're renting it out, and living in another state. We have a rental house, that was thrown into the package, when my husband bought the property that his Car lot is on. The parcel of property is zoned C2. It has the car dealership on the corner, and the house is next door, but they're both on the same parcel. So he got the rental house whether he wanted it or not. The deal$$$ was too good to pass up. We live less than 5 miles away. And, of course, he is at his place of business next door 5 days a week. But even being that close, sometimes there are problems with the house, renters, etc. So when we see your house, we'll understand if it's not in the best possible condition.

Concerning pezz, I probably would have jumped him myself, if you hadn't got there first. There's one in every crowd.

Well I have to go to the dentist now, (Fun, Fun, Fun), so I probably won't get a chance to check back until later this evening.
