Fred, I doubt that TSIG will initiate such a suit. If they did, they will expose themselves to the "discovery" process in which all their "private" activities as they relate to TSIG. Such as stock selling, buying (if any), reverse mergers, putting companies in bankruptcy while making $4 MM in the process (that was somebody else's loss was it not?) and all records of private "side deals", if any, between the many other corporations that Gordon is supposed to run from the same few office suites will come out. Weighing this against what? Sword citing SEC documents? No way, just another hype rumor, just like last week news release on that new and "better" activity, and those numbers, forecasted with such accuracy few years down the road.

Good luck
