JohnG: Remember during the CC, Qualcomm management stated that while components were short and prevented them from selling more phones, they still meet the plan. So the shortages caused a reduction in the growth rate.

A bullish sign in my book. It allows for a more gradual increase. It does no good to blow the numbers out one quarter and then not be able to maintain the next quarter. The Street is behind the power curve. The longer it takes them to catch up, the longer the Q can outperform the expectations and the longer the shareholders can benefit from the out performance.
