With NTOP at 43 and IDTC at 20 , IDTC is trading at negative $12/share.

Last chance to get into idtc before breakout IMO. The cheapest and safest way to own NTOP is to own IDTC. IDTC controls 57% of NTOP plus in an 800M profitable company with an ISP that is growing like crazy.

I have changed my mind I would like IDTC to distribute its NTOP shares to shareholders as soon as possible. I think we should should indicate this to the company. I will. By my estimation non-ntop idtc has a negative value in excess of $10 now.
