To Thread,

CCGR is a long-term hold for me. Not a day trade. Stock is way under-valued and will go NASDAQ if all goes well.

Out of all VALH/CDNO/EDIG for this LT beauty.

Company Press Release

Canadian Cool Clear Wtaa, Inc. - Wtaa Signs Agreement With the
Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 1999--Vice-President & Chief Marketing Officer, Steve Nickolas is pleased to announce that Canadian Cool Clear
WTAA, Inc. (``WTAA')(OTC BB:WTAA - news) has entered into an agreement with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in order to supply the Chamber with its
own customized bottled water marketing program.

The Chamber of Commerce, of which WTAA is a member, has already provided WTAA's graphics department with its concepts regarding their inaugural label.
Recognizing the unique nature of this partnership, Steve commented that ``we have agreed to provide the Chamber with a comprehensive bottled water marketing
program, complete with sales support, point of sale material and the ability to change the label on a quarterly basis to help promote issues and programs dedicated to
assist Nevada-based businesses'. In addition to selling the product at the Chamber offices and special events, WTAA will also work with the Chamber to have the
product available in numerous retail stores throughout the region.

As well, the Company is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Phoenix Media Group Ltd. based in Burbank, CA. (OTC BB:PXMG - news). PXMG
offers comprehensive corporate exposure programs on a number of radio stations throughout the nation.

In other news, the Company wishes to clarify its news release dated August 12th, 1999 whereby WTAA announced that the initial product purchase order from the
Mesa School District was valued at US $181,000. The value of the purchase order was in actual fact US $42,500 worth of bottled water for the school's food service
program. This oversight was due to a clerical error as it was previously understood that WTAA was in receipt of an initial order of 42,500 cases of water when indeed
this figure was in fact the value of the order.

Canadian Cool Clear Wtaa Inc. is a consolidator of 5.0 gallon home and office bottled water companies throughout Western North America. The company also has a
sophisticated licensing and custom label national marketing program for small packaged bottled water and prestigious sparkling spring water products that rival the
world's best.
