re: innocent until proven guilty, i'm all for it, but I play the odds, and the odds are when this much crap happens it's not bad luck or for no reason or to smear some politician, etc., odds heavily favor something real real bad being wrong. Patience grasshopper.

hey CM...these guys have all lost their minds, and clinically speaking are in denial...which ain't just a river in Egypt...their stock was 20 bucks just a few short weeks ago and now it is 6 bucks, and they're whooping it up...go figure...

Brian. Lurker here.

Innocent until proven guilty - absolutely a great policy in cases where the powerful State is up against the weaker individual.

In this case, I am not empowered to send SNMM to jail, so the policy is inapplicable.

I think the odds are good enough that there is something untoward here that I no longer wish to own the stock at anything above $2 per share.

Innocent until proven guilty? Gee I thought that all one had to do was file a bs lawsuit to prove guilt, LOL.

$200 M for this POS? I think not. In fact, I KNOW NOT.
