Vman: From one who managed to get through: Jeff Vayda Just called 1-877-satphone for the first time. I got through no problem. Trisha told me that N. America service will be available "late November", but "full rollout" won't be ready until 1Q 2000. She reiterated these dates after I told her that I had heard that N. America service had been pushed back to January. She explained that "full rollout" meant global roaming capability. It was unclear (and I didn't follow up!) whether marketing would begin for the November or January rollouts. She was quite friendly and nice, I should add.
