I believe that because NTOP is an internet stock, the market is waiting to see if it holds the recent gains for a week or two. If it does IDTC will start to catch up. We have to be patient because we are in the more stable, less volatile stock, but the rewards will come, I feel confident about that.

I suggest that we each write a formal letter to the board of IDTC requesting that IDTC distribute at least 50% of the shares that it owns in NTOP to the shareholders. This will certainly have an immediate positive effect on the shares of IDTC as well as upon its sharehloders, and IMHO not to do so would not be acting in the best interests of its shareholders. If someone like Jules would like to draft language for this I would certainly be amenable to using it.
