I'm surprised that you would ask that of Brad. They have said repeatedly that they will never discuss the reasons for anyone's suspension with anyone other than the party suspended, and only then in private.

Remember, SI is NOT a democratic society, and the TOU are applied by humans, and as such, most likely not with uniformity and equanimity. Your (or the suspended party's) ultimate expression of disapproval is with the choice to use SI or not. In a for-profit business, that is as it should be. I don't as yet see any other way to do it.

Regards,

Len

I agree BellBoy. Brad, although Tony's posting style may at times get a bit agitated/confrontational in the heat of the moment, there is simply no question that he has been on the right side, morally and financially, in almost every controversy since he became a member of SI.

That's worth something, isn't it? How much money will some SI members lose over these next two weeks because he is not here to warn about impending stock declines? Take a look at IRID, for a great example.

Thanks.

peter

WELL JUST ASK MARY@PACIFIC
seems anthony has found a way around
being suspended...which using another
account to work around a suspension could
be grounds for termination...
not sure, but sure sounds good,if you can not
take and abide by your suspensions for 3days you
should be suspended for an extended period of time..

>>>He has protected the individual investor from many unscrupulous characters pumping and dumping stocks. <<<

If I kiss Tony's ass, will I get free membership, too?

SI will do just fine without Anthony.
We ain't no dum ass who chase after pump and dump stocks.
Tell him to stop protect us....
