also,
users save at least a minute for every boot (the terminals "boots" in a few seconds) and they may leave applications running, doing a "disconnect" instead of a logoff, so they can save another few seconds not having to restart applications,
then, you can access your work from every terminal and from home, you never lose data, etc etc.
and,oh well, can plug speakers into the terminal and do sound.
