I'm interested in CRY.TO and doing some DD right now. I have one area of concern though (besides the general downward trend) : Why is the difference between earnings and fully diluted earnings so high? Is it the insider holdings?

Jim- dunno why MRVC is soaring.

I guess this is some sort of news leaking out about them spinning off their optical components business. Think ETEK? I have no idea. The large short volume is most likely due to hedges on their convertible bond-- not exactly as big a squeeze play as one might think.

Rather, as usual with this one, there is news that leaked out, and we will find out later what it is.
