Tom, would you know if a trial date has been set? I opened an account and the transferred funds are available for Bill Pay etc. But they dont know what bank name to print on the checks but expect to get the checks printed in 2-4 weeks. This would indicate a trial at the end of this month but no later than sep 10 or so. Harry p.s. I agree with the attorney haere that the delay has created another and perhaps the final days of opprtunity. The president of Wells Fargo was interviewed by San Jose Mercury in today's edition and inspite of the extensive interview, I felt that he was really skirting the issue that he may lose customers to internet only bank. Well he lost one at least that I know of!!
