Jim, I can't help wondering whether, as a short-term trade anyway, it might not be better to just try and grab some of the IPO shares on the open-market rather than buy PRFM shares now and count on them getting a "sympathty boost" ? Not sure, but seems like most of the times I've heard people suggest buying a stock because of an upcoming IPO spin-off, the original stock hasn't really jumped all that much once the IPO hits.

Not coming to any conclusions here, just thinking-out-loud...

Jim, I am not sure if the IPO is NASD or NASDAQ, but the offering is for 2.5MM shares in $7-9 range (according to the public PR). And it is for 33% of the company. So if you assume &8 and no appreciation to be conservative, you're talking $20MM market cap, meaning that PRFM would hold 66% or $40MM worth of PF. PRFM's market cap is only $23MM. And that is just the IPO stake. PRFM's retail stores had almost $40MM in revenue in the 1st quarter alone.
