Luc, i don't think so...bullish sentiment on the bond and stock markets is so low that both will likely continue to rally...we'll never see 7%. i don't know what has to happen to tank these markets, but they sure seem totally immune to all sorts of bad news and that is bullish. regrettably the mania is getting the better of us, again.
