Richmond Review article.

I have been away for a week or so, and when I got back someone had sent me this link for an article in the Richmond Review. It looks to me like interest is building in Richmond. I don't think that the recent changes in the B.C. cabinet are going to alter anything. A project the size of the Richmond Racetrack Mulitplex has a life of its own that appeals to governments of all sizes and descriptions.

The depositions in Michigan are set to start soon, and many of us are hopeful that some of the GLB council members will soon start to come around.

Many of us are interested to see what plans the company is making for the rest of its land at Toledo Beach. A number of rumors have been circulating, but so far no one I've talked to as a clear sense of what might be happening.

I know there are at least one or two folks on this thread who believe they are training themselves to see things from a short-seller's perspective. That's fair enough I guess, though I think the critic's job is inherently easier than the role of those who are being constructive. One of the things critics never mention is that Sungold is in the business of development, and it is constantly reviewing new potential projects. My belief, FWIW, is that several new projects are currently being reviewed and we could hear something significant about one or more of them at any time. I'm not trying to get anyone excited; I'm just trying to balance the picture.

The fact is that the company is now in the process of being presented to a wide new audience. Many new investors may be happy to buy at these levels and wait a few months for the company to realize some of its potential
