>>I never liked Priceline, CMGI or ebay. Obviously I was wrong on all those, ebay especially, long term priceline will succeed I think, I just believe their stock is going down now, <<
Michelle your right on about Pcln! I've bet it down. Have you noticed how well it did today, while most of the I-nets were up?
Another Onsl. Trust me on that.
Ps
I also bet MOT down, so far, not good!

Anyway on another matter, prior to the AOL buyout Andreesen sold almost every single share of Netscape he had, a
complete liquidation as I recall. This was in the papers that year but I can't find anything now because it was so long
ago and I can't come up with a set of keywords that will differentiate the past from whats happening today. So
anyway that was a pretty bad call on his part because he sold at the low, otoh he might just have a great investment
guy who he prefers to manage his money. So, there is a precedent for this with Andreesen. I think the Steve Case sale
is more significant, and this is an overreaction to Andreesen - I would pick up some AOL here but I think we will decline
a little after fomc so I'll wait.

Michelle,

Thank you for that information on Andreesen.
