FinancialWeb.com Announces SEC Compliance and Meets NASD Requirements to Maintain OTC BB Listing

Company Complies With All SEC Filing Policies

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1999--FinancialWeb.com, Inc. (OTCBB: FWEBE - news) announced today that it has been informed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC') that there will no further comment regarding its Form 10-SB filing. As such, it has become a fully reporting public company, and is in full compliance with SEC reporting rules. The Company has thus qualified under the new rules of the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) to maintain its listing on the OTC Bulletin Board© (``OTCBB'). The NASD has informed the Company that its ticker symbol will be returned to FWEB by Monday, August 30,1999, and that it will maintain its listing on the OTCBB.
