I also think the real estate mkt cools off in the fall and may be cooling a little in general? > I love eeln LT but have a hard time imagining the stock breaking out until the interest rate cloud dissipates - certainly not before the Nov fomc meeting. In the meantime, it will probably track the dot, but I'm looking for better risk/reward ratios now. imo, the stock responds first to interest rates and second to the real estate market, given that the former influences the latter more than vv.
