I agree with every point you made.A very crafty means to an end. Don't know which was planned and which fell into place, but it has worked. Divide and conquer was initiated by attacking "board leaders" and followed up by offering GAAY on sale via ITHC.Why buy GAAY when ITHC has it half-price. And yes, the worse part is that GAAY has not only refused to respond, but has relayed inquiries to Joe P. Frank Olsen may be the one to blame. I'm guessing he is calling the shots and Joe admitted he and Frank travel in the same circles. So who knows the depth of their relationship. Nothing right with most of what's going on, but I believe GAAY will prevail, provided they don't draw unwanted attention. Does anyone have Gary Goldman's phone #?

Good synopsis Theo. I must admit confusion on this one. My conclusion is this is a spooky stock. GAAY is IMO extremly unresponsive. Its not so much whats said on RB But the caliber of poster. Panic sell could take on a new meaning with that group. I do not have the time to watch my picks hour to hour which this stock is starting to act like. I honestly am not sure this is a good stock at the moment even if they were to say they have the holy grail to aution. Some answers from GAAY mgt would indeed be helpful All the best
