Compromise: rent our place for a year and do the same over there. Advantage: better real estate investment risk/reward ratio here, imo. Will begin researching Oahu and Maui neighborhoods soon. Timing: lots of that. Have to get dau thru hi school and college first . (Must take advantage of my wife's tuition reimbursement benefit from the Farm. :))
