Bill (a bit off the current topics),

You probably didnt notice (nor care) but here is one you had pegged years ago:

August 23, 1999, Mississauga, Ontario - Transformation Processing Inc. (OTCBB: TPII) announced that it had filed a Notice of Intent to seek Reorganization under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act of Canada today. The Company is seeking protection from its creditors pending a plan of reorganization. The Company will present a proposal of reorganization within thirty days and will seek creditor approval of the plan. If the proposal is rejected by the Company's creditors, the Company will be liquidated.

on a more current subject, Borders has come up a couple of points in last week after meeting expectations with 3 cent loss for quarter. you still hold same view on this one that it will probably start heading south again when the market slows?

thanks,

tom
