I'm digging into MCYC too .... Gruntal & Co. (which I believe owns DH Blair and Hampshire Securities ... two super scummy outfits.) did some private placements for MCYC last week at $6 per share, while the stock was at $17. Thats a 64% discount to market. That is CReMeNAL IMO.

MCYC has announced deals with Modern Records (OTCBB: MDNR) which is actually a Vancouver stock, a real POS, that has as an employee a member of the Jackson family. That explains their "Jacksons" connection.

Chris Byron wrote a GREAT piece on MCYC. Check it out at:

Here's an excerpt:

WHAT IS MCY WORTH?

So, is MCY.com, Inc. worth $15 per share or nothing at all? Frankly, there s no way to know. If the news of the pending $25 million private placement is correct, investors in the deal have doubtless already had a chance to review the company s financials and concluded that the stock is probably worth not much more than $6 per share.

Buyer Beware!
