Re: PRFM. It doesn't ever matter who is pumping and whether or not they are dumping. The stock's value is what will make or break it. Jason could stay in or get out for all I care. The question is, is the stock worth its price? It seems to me that it is. With a spinoff IPO selling 2.5MM shares at $7-9 (let's say $8), you're talking about $20MM market cap (assuming no appreciation, which we all know that on a good market day will be grossly conservative). Anyway, this stake only represents 33% of the company, meaning PRFM's stake will be worth $40MM. Hello? PRFM's market cap right now is $23MM. So unless its retail outlet stores which generated $40MM in revenues in the 1st quarter alone are worth approximately -$17MM, this company is vastly undervalued. Which I think was the point Jason was trying to make. I just don't know why he left.
