Hi Chief: There is a difference between acknowledging that talks are existing and commenting on them. Quite some time the I.R. guy refused to tell me if any meetings had actually taken place. It appears that didn't apply to you or things changed in time. However if the company is telling you that talks are underway then they should announce it publicly. My solace in all this, is that an expropriation did take place and therefor, there must be compensation, even if the beloved Pierre E. Trudeau refused to entrench the right to own property in his amended Canada!
