Brian, it really pains me to make this post, but I feel compelled to do it. What were you guys thinking the other day when you brought the site down for upgrades? First of all, you never informed us (the customers) you were about to do it. Second, it was done in the mid-afternoon when a lot of people were still actively posting. Third , there were NO allowances made for anyone to obtain the classic site address in order to log in. And finally, it took days for a person to reply to my email request for the classic address! C'mon Bryan you guys can do better than that! Please work on thinking systemically with the customer in mind would you? Because of the problem I had with the new SI that day, I've since gone back to using classic 100% of the time. If I am indicative of many other posters, you could have set back the acceptance of this change to the new SI for months. Michael
