Did you notice this section in the Current Liabilities section Accounts payable and accrued expenses: Attorneys and accountants 1,040,700 673,000 Attorneys and accountants not being paid ? Only Darby gets paid ? Regards, Rajiv

Hello Peter V: Should be an interesting opening Tuesday 8-24-99, and I expect some volume coming back into the stock. I read through the 10Q highlights, narrowly missing catatonia. It's all the same again. No major scapegoats; just the same old song.... Any notions as to where to cover? May be worth riding out the year on the skid. Agreed not looking so good. Indeed, I had expected more window dressing and obfuscation. They filched the zilch award this quarter. Again. Best regards, m
