Bruce, the expanding business opportunities for SPYG look very good. I sent an e-mail yesterday to SPYG, inquiring about the status of the litigation, and in particular the class action against SPYG. My experience as an investment advisor tells me that the current litigation is likely to be settled out of court, with SPYG forking over enough to please the plaintiffs' lawyers, and with the plaintiffs getting a pittance. Overall, if such a settlement occurs, it should not have a major effect on future earnings. If my assumption is accurate, then the current price of SPYG shares looks way, way undervalued, especially when you compare it with many other Internet stocks.
