AV-- I find no fault with your logic and yopu must have read about the recent purtchase by TSM. The mask industry is getting more and more complicated but both DPMI and PLAB have been able to UPGRADE some of their ETEC systems. We do follow ETEC and we have not been aggresiveon the stock. Presently, we have a Buy Zone target just under $35, which we have yet to take advanatage of. SO, I guess the best response is that our interest will rise if ETEC falls below $35. I see more of an upsode in other stocks, though. That is the prime reason we are not discussing ETEC at this point in time. Andrew
