Maybe the non-LFT revenue declined because they spent so
much time working the LFT business which provided fully
85 % of Q2's revenue.. that they actually neglected the base business.

In any event, it means some real lousy results from the heavy spending on radio ads and banners spending they did to get more traffic and new customer sign-ups to the site.
Or will it just take a bit more time to see the results of this massive spending campaign ?

The only things I can think of is that the non-LFT revenue must include something other than "sponsorship rights and the Company's bid and rank program", or that they somehow recognized LFT revenue in Q1 despite signing the agreement during Q2.

From the last 10Q:

The Company had gross revenues of $463,084 for the three months ended March 31, 1999. A portion of these revenues were from the sale of "Local City Editions (LCEs)". The Company ceased offering LCEs in April 1999 as a result of the sale in a negotiated transaction of LCEs for up to 200 local city areas to Life Foundation Trust for a total purchase price of $10.0 million. The remaining revenues were from the sale of the sponsorship rights and from the Company's bid and rank program.

Using the gross revenue numbers, and the 54% increase figure, the "a portion" part of the March 31 revenue turns out to be a major portion - 74%.

BTW, the non-LFT revenue (i.e. the real revenue) for the June 30 quarter was only $44,790, net of return allowances.
