I think all the DDs went down today except for Seagate, and they probably went up because of VRTS, ZOOX and SNDK being up strong or at least firm. Perhaps they were buying their own stock as well.

Myron, all,
Time chooses SunW for their new mission critical network at their NY headquarters. Their backup? the Sun StorEdge L11000, Sun's highest capacity DLT system.
exchange2000.com

An excerpt:
<<Backup for Time Inc.'s mission-critical IT systems will be provided by the Sun StorEdge L11000 tape
library. The Sun StorEdge L11000 is Sun's highest capacity, highest availability tape library designed to
support the most demanding backup and recovery needs of enterprise customers. The library offers over
11 TB of native capacity in the highly reliable Digital Linear Tape (DLT) 7000 format. This is an ideal IT
solution for massive file systems, such as Time Inc.'s, that include large databases, data warehouses,
enterprise servers and data centers. The backup strategy is to centralize and manage from New York.>>

I was surprised as well, donït know why DSS is supposed to go down when HDD and other DDs are diving. Maybe it needs a boost by good next Q earnings to get going.
