No real comments..But I did have an interesting conversation with a 76 year old physicist about broadband and band width. He explained the process of delivering information through coaxial versus Fibre. Basically he says with the increase of traffic and accessible information there is only one way to deliver this medium in an effective manner. It must be done through fibre. Coaxial is not going to be able to handle it. The biggest drawbacks now to fibre are the fusing of the lines. This requires special equiptment and trained personel. The other drawback is the connection into houses. A distribution box has yet to be developed. When it is developed within a very short time an immediate all out push will be made across the nation to upgrade the jacks in our homes and businessess. What would be delivered through this single band of fibre into one jack will be phone, internet, radio and Tv channels.

He seemed to think coaxial has lived its purpose . I further showed him information about ATHY its projects and spider web distribution layout. He says thats the one you want to own long term.(ps this man also fired up the first 10 nuclear submarines in the US naval fleet)
