The theory is the mms lure people in, short a stock,
and then drop it to scare people out.

I have had CEOs tell me they use promoters to create enough
buying power to shake mm shorters out. I think there is some
merit to the theory.

The concern always is: is the company giving up too many shares?

I talked to OGPS IR (dd to many LOL) and I think
it might be legit. They bought some software companies
to develop gaming programs, which are now up.
I do think it is unorthodox to use gaming to finance
a tech venture, but maybe it is possible? The question
I have is: are they really able to produce an APS chip?
I have not gotten an idea how long it would take to develop.
Financing is needed before they can begin is what I understand.

I have owned OGPS shares. I don't now. I may again.

I do not now if they are legit or con artists.
Hard to know without doing serious dd,
which is not common, people trade and move on.
Sometimes I do major background checks etc, but
in this case I have not.
