NEW YORK, Aug 23 (Reuters) - The Millennium Bug that promised to swell U.S. courts with lawsuits arising from damage that may occur if a computer system fails to recognize the Year 2000 so far has resulted in only 74 cases filed, according to a report released on Monday by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The trickle has the potential to turn into a full fledge flood after the clock strikes midnight 1999, some experts said.
