I'd say that the KLA are mostly thugs and local... They know who they want to eliminate or steal from.... Now that we have empowered them it should get considerably worse... And we laugh at who is running Rusia,, arrogantly we say Mafia....

An Aside... Irishmen seem to know who is protestant or catholic....
